Another year has flown by, and it's time for the PRHA Annual Meeting! Join us once again at Pinetree Country Club, located at 3400 McCollum Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 30144, in the Magnolia Room, starting at 7 PM. Please enter through the main entrance and head down the hallway to the double glass doors at the end. The meeting room will be to your right.

This year, we’re excited to offer two half-price assessments to two lucky Owners. To be eligible for this 2025 annual assessments discount, you must be present at the meeting. Winners will be selected through a random drawing at the close of the business portion of the meeting.

We’re also in need of a new secretary, as our previous one has sold their home and moved out of the neighborhood. If you're interested in joining the Board, please reach out. Additionally, if you’d like to volunteer in any other capacity, feel free to contact a Board member.

As outlined in our By-Laws, we will vote by secret written ballot to elect one Director to the PRHA Board for a three-year term. Nominations may be made from the floor.

To ensure your participation, please submit a proxy if you’re unable to attend, or if you’re unsure whether you’ll be able to. The enclosed proxy form includes instructions. Please note that Owners more than 30 days past due on assessments or other charges are ineligible to vote or run for a Board position.

The Board is committed to conducting the meeting efficiently, following Robert’s Rules of Order. As part of our regular business, we’ll review the Association’s financial status, including fund allocations and the proposed 2025 budget.

Come see old neighbors and meet new ones while hanging by the pool, eating hot dogs and playing a fun corn hole “bags” tournament. Food will be served from 1pm to 4pm. The tournament will be double elimination and we’ll draw for partners. Everyone 10 and up are welcome to play. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place corn hole winners.
